Our courriers come to your
address and show you their authorization
certificate. They pick up the cargo by presenting
the “Warehouse Delivery Receipt”.
All commercial goods must be handed in with
their
invoice or waybills.
Upon request, cargo can be
delivered to the closest branch of the destination
adress or our phone notification service
can be used. In this case we inform the receiver
about the arrival of his/her cargo via phone.
In order to send your cargo
without going to a branch, you can inform
one of our brances about your cargo till
17:30 or you can call 444 99 99 “Alo
Yurtiçi Kargo” by 15:30 at
latest within weekdays and by 13:30 at
latest on Saturdays.
