However you deliver your cargo, you may request phone notification to the receiver.
When the cargo arrives at the closest branch to the destination address, we call and inform the receiver. The receiver or someone authorized by the receiver may take the delivery upon ID presentation. If we can not reach the receiver, we keep the cargo for 3 days following the date of arrival to the branch. If no one claims it, we return it back to you.
